WORK FROM HOME PROS AND CONS

PROS
1. No boss to bully you around. You are your own boss!
2. You set your own schedule. Work as little or as much as you’d like.
3. There is no dress code. In fact no clothes are required at all LOL.
4. No commute, unless you consider the walk from your bedroom to your office a commute.
5. No gas expense. Wow this should be the #1 reason in these days with gas prices spiking the way they are!
6. You get to spend more time with your family.
7. More pleasant, less formal work setting. Did I mention you can work from your bed?
8. Business equipment and home office space are a tax write-off.
9. Less stress, better health.

CONS
1. Requires a great deal of self-discipline. It’s so easy NOT to work when you don’t have a boss breathing down your throat everyday.
2. Must be able to work with absolutely no supervision.
3. Must have a very quiet environment. Usually requires a separate office with no pet or children noise in the background.
4. Very little socialization. It can get very lonely so you have to watch for signs of depression.
5. Most likely will require expensive equipment and a separate business phone line.
6. A little more complicated when it comes to tax season.
7. May pay less than a permanent day job or be a less steady paycheck.
8. Unless you’re hired as a direct employee, you won’t have benefits such as health insurance, vacation time and sick pay.
