Ø     Microsoft Excel

Ø     Latest Version Of Java

Ø     High Capacity Email Account

Ø     AOL, MSN or Yahoo Instant Messenger

Ø     PDF Reader

Ø     Virus Protection Like McAfee or Norton Anti-Virus

Ø     SPAM and Popup Blocker

Ø     Approved Long Distance Provider (you’ll be reimbursed for calls)
